Process of creating a customized stand

From design to display

1. Brief

We invite you to define your brief as clearly as possible beforehand by listing your requirements and, if necessary, supporting them with visual aids.

2. Design

After reviewing the brief with you, our designers create an initial version based on a coherent distribution of space while adding the creativity that will make all the difference, all within your budget.

3. Interaction with the show

After receiving your approval for the project, we interact with the show to ensure that all deadlines are met (presentation of plans, ordering of services, sending of forms, etc.) and to make things easier for you.

4.Start of construction

Then, or in parallel, the construction of the stand is launched. To this end, it is important that we have received your graphics files ready for printing within the required deadlines.

5. Assembly and handover of keys

The assembly phase involves checking from the first day that the exhibition services are in place, as well as daily monitoring so that we can hand over the keys to you the day before the exhibition, or earlier if necessary.

6. Assistance and feedback

If required, we can provide you with technical assistance during the exhibition and will be delighted to receive your feedback with a view to working together again in the future.
